We can't thank them enough and would definitely recommend this accommodation. The hotel is fairly clean. The location is in an excellent spot so close to the St Mark's Square. The rooms are fashionable and new-fashioned, with a comfy bed, modern bathroom, for instance provided. There is variety of fabulous food for breakfast.

The breakfast offered a great selection of great meals. Top and quiet location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. Everything was amazing and within 20 minutes' drive of Marco Polo airport.

The setting was unbeatable, very close to sightseeing and transport and the beautiful San Marco and the centre. I was happy to find Ristorante Canal Grande, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel and served nice food. I truly enjoyed the room with modern bathroom, the bed was comfortable.

Great location, very close to a main square and other attractions. The breakfast room had everything you needed to prepare your own breakfast.- The style of the property was nice and suited the city.
No staff to assist with luggage and no personal service. Thin and threadbare towels, and small sheets that didn't cover the entire bed.

The owners were incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The kitchen access was a bonus, allowing us to make our own breakfast and enjoy a snack anytime. The room was cozy with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The A/C worked great, keeping us cool during our stay. We would definitely book here again!
